Workers on Janus: A Political Effort to Further Rig the Rules Against Working People

In a rigged economy, workers say the freedom to come together in strong unions is more important than ever.
Today, the Supreme Court announced its decision to decide Janus v. AFSCME Council 31. As you know, this case has the potential to make the entire public sector right-to-work nationwide.
We expect that oral arguments will occur in January and the decision will be issued by April but no later than June 2018. We will keep you updated via eBulletin and the HGEA website.
