The Kahie Project: Become a Bone Marrow Donor and Help Save Lives!

Meet Luke Kaahaaina, an upbeat 14-year-old freshman at Moanalua High School. On December 24, 2016, Luke was diagnosed with leukemia. Doctors confirmed that 60 percent of his bone marrow had been infected. While trying to remain optimistic, a bone marrow transplant will give Luke a 50% chance at survival.

Please consider registering to become a bone marrow donor. Registering is easy — just a questionnaire and a cheek swab.
 
Donors must:
1.    Be between ages of 18-44
2.    Be committed and willing to donate to any patient in need
3.    Meet the health guidelines
