February 17: Contract Negotiations Update

Arbitration hearings for Units 2, 8, 9 and 13 began on February 16 and are expected to conclude tonight or possibly next Tuesday. Hearings for Units 6 and 14 have not yet been set.
The five-day hearing for Units 3 and 4 concluded on February 14, and a decision is expected in April 2017.
